Privacy Policy

Dwaso Global collects only the information needed to operate the marketplace: account details, delivery addresses, order history, and — for vendors — business and identity verification documents.

Customer Privacy During Fulfillment

After you pay for an order, the relevant vendor is notified that a sale occurred, but does not receive your name, phone number, email, or delivery address until Dwaso Global reviews and approves the order for fulfillment. This restriction is enforced at the database level, not just in the app's interface.

Vendor Identity Documents

Vendor identity documents (Ghana Card or Passport) are stored in a private, access-controlled location and are never publicly accessible. Only the applicant and authorized Dwaso Global administrators may access them, via short-lived signed links.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared with vendors only as necessary to fulfill an approved order.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@dwaso.global.
