1. The Marketplace

Dwaso Global is a multi-vendor marketplace. Products are listed and sold by independent, approved vendors. Dwaso Global acts as an intermediary — processing payments, reviewing paid orders, and coordinating fulfillment between customers and vendors.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Dwaso Global may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Vendors

Vendors must be approved by Dwaso Global before listing products, and must provide accurate business and identity information. Dwaso Global may suspend or reject vendors for fraudulent activity, policy violations, or failure to fulfill orders.

4. Orders and Payment

All payments are processed through Dwaso Global's payment partners. Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified server-side. Paid orders are reviewed by Dwaso Global before vendor fulfillment begins.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dwaso Global is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace, to the extent permitted by law.
